Returns and exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If this is not the case, you have the option to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

The goods must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

Personalized or made-to-order items are not returnable or exchangeable.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method within 14 days.

This is how returns work:

1. Contact our customer service at leathergoods@lbnimpex.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will send you the return address and further instructions.

3. After receiving and inspecting the return, you will receive a confirmation and the refund.

Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for a return and specify which item you would like to receive in exchange. If the item you want is available, we will ship it as soon as we receive the return.
