1. Scope

• These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop.
• The online shop is intended only for consumers.
• A consumer is a person making purchases for personal, non-business purposes.
• An entrepreneur is a person or entity purchasing for business or professional use.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

• The purchase contract is made with LBN-Impex.
• Listing products in the shop constitutes a binding offer to sell.
• Customers can add products to the cart without obligation and make corrections before finalizing the order.
• The contract is finalized when the order button is clicked.
• A confirmation email is sent immediately after placing the order.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

• The contract language is German.
• The contract text is stored, and order details along with T&Cs are sent in text form.
• For security reasons, the contract text is not accessible online.

4.2 Delivery Options

• We ship products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
• We only deliver via shipping and do not offer self-collection.
• We do not deliver to parcel lockers.

5. Payment

5.1 Prices
The prices listed at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include          statutory VAT.

5.2 Payment Methods
 The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Cash on Collection: You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

Credit Card: You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal: To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information is available during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to selected registered customers based on its own criteria. We have no influence on this, and such additional payment methods are subject to your legal relationship with PayPal. For more details, please check your PayPal account.
